Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! We offer free standard shipping for orders over $75 within the U.S.. International orders don’t qualify for free shipping, but we will work hard to keep rates as affordable as possible.

What are the shipping options and delivery times?

We usually process orders within 1–2 business days (holidays take us a little longer). You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your package ships.

What’s your return policy?

We can only accept returns of unworn items since our furry friends are super sensitive to smells. Returns are welcome within 14 days of delivery, as long as the item is unused, unwashed, in new condition, and the original tag is still attached. Please note:

A $6.99 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.
A 10% restocking fee will be applied to all returned items.
Items must be unworn, with original tags attached.
The gifted dust bag must be returned in the box. If missing, a $4 fee per bag will be deducted.
Please use the original shipping box for your return.
