We can only accept returns of unworn items since our furry friends are super sensitive to smells. Returns are welcome within 14 days of delivery, as long as the item is unused, unwashed, in new condition, and the original tag is still attached. Please note:
A $6.99 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.
A 10% restocking fee will be applied to all returned items.
Items must be unworn, with original tags attached.
The gifted dust bag must be returned in the box. If missing, a $4 fee per bag will be deducted.
